Oil nourishes and strengthens hair roots. We should apply oil on scalp & hair 2-3 times a week even if your scalp is oily or dry. Use vitamin A, C, E included oil as they helps to grow hair.

  • Coconut oil – Richest source of Vitamin A & E. Lauric acid in coconut oil prevents hair from breakages. 50% of lauric acid found in coconut oil.
  • Almond Oil – Rich in vitamin B-7 (Biotin) keep your hair healthy and shiny. It helps to protect your hair from sun damage. It promotes re-growth of the hair and keep scalp infection free.
  • Castor Oil- It has anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties which keep hair soft root to tip. People who are experiencing flaky skin on the head this oil is the best solution for it. Also it has antiviral and antimicrobial properties which protect hair from fungal infection.

Take some amount of oil according to your choice and put in small bowl. Heat the coconut oil and check its should be warm not hot. Apply on hair, roots and tips. Use your fingers and massage the oil into your scalp for 10-15 min and leave it for half an hour. Carefully wash out oil with your regular shampoo.

Shampoo:- Use shampoo which has ingredients like Aloe Vera, Avocado. It has properties which keep your scalp hydrated and maintains its pH.

Avoid sulphate included shampoos. Always mix few drops of water with shampoo and then apply because when it gets dilutes it works more precise.
